Oxford Summer Eights - reproduction of an original linocut print
A reproduction of my linocut print of rowers taking part in Oxford University's Summer Eights regatta. The inspiration from this print came from a photograph I took from a bridge overlooking the River Thames during the races, as the crews passed underneath. I'm always amazed at the strength and power of the rowers, and more than a little envious of their ability to speed along the surface of the water!
Printed 250gsm paper and signed and titled by hand. The image dimensions are 20cm x 20cm.
